"the solution with the problem of harmonics"
Characteristic

Available to 208, 240, 480 and 600V                                                                                             (other voltages in options).
Power of the going drive from 1 to 950HP                                                                                                                                                    (0.75 to 93 kw).
Face value of impedance of 3 and 5%                                                                                     (other % of impedance in options).
A frequency of operation of 60 Hz                                                                                                (50 Hz available in options).

Class of insulation: 220°C (115°C of rise in temperature to 40° of maximum ambient temperature)                                                                                                                                  (115°C d'élévation de température à 40° de température ambiante maximum).

Bobbin coppers some to increase the longevity of the engine of line.
Equip with connectors with double junction to increase safety at the time of the installation and to minimize the losses of spaces. For the raised powers, one recommends connectors out of copper.
Their characteristic of inductance is linear, even at 150% of the rated current                                                                                                                                    (inductance with tolerance from more or less 5%).
Design to measure for specific requirements.
open or closed Model (case NEMA1).
Certified CSA/ Tested with the LTEE of Hydro-Quebec.

Impedance

The engines of line with 3% of impedance are adequate for the absortion of the points of the currents and tensions in the powerlines    as well as the impulse currents of the electric motors.

The engines of line with 5% of impedance are adequate to reduce the harmonics of currents and frequencies. They are very much used to reduce the heating and the audible noise of the electric motors.
