The encapsulation in the epoxy offer to the transformer a excellent protection against the moisture, dust and corrosive vapors as well as the vibrations. This increased protection is obtained using cooked and hardened epoxy resin and from sand, thus forming a protective coating around the steel core and winding.

For a range of power going from 50 to 3000VA, several combinations of tensions and frequencies are available.
